A cell phone for each bed room.
The cell phones will each have B500 prepaid. Long distance calls can be made from these phones. If more money is needed on the phone, just ask the maid to get you a phone card with additional time. Upon check out each guest will reimburse Klang Villa for the amount of money used.

Golf arrangements can be made to play any one of the 12 area courses. Klang Villa recommends Phoenix Golf and Country Club which is only a 20 minute drive from the Villa. The Villa will provide free transportation.
The master bedroom and two pool side bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets with the drapes.

For computer use the whole villa is WiFi equipped so you can work by the pool under the pavilion.
There is one new Toshiba notebook computer located in second floor living room.
A printer will be provided upon request.
A fax service is available at customer’s request and expense.
The village is on baht bus route.
Eight minute walk to beach or three minute ride in a baht bus.
The villa gardens and pools are completely private.
Upon request the house boy will drive the guest in a golf cart to the village entrance to catch the baht bus. The distance is only three hundred meters.
A driver and SUV are available for limited trips in and around (limited to ten kilometers outside of Pattaya) Pattaya which are not on the baht bus route. An example of these trips is a trip to the grocery store a visit to Nong Nooch Gardens or Phoenix Golf and Country Club.
On the first day the SUV and driver will be available to take the visitor on a short tour of Pattaya to familiarize the visitor with Pattaya.
There will be daily maid and pool service. If privacy is desired, then the maid and pool service can be canceled.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle.
The maid will prepare a light breakfast of fruit, cereal, and waffles.
There is one garden boy and one maid. One will be on duty until 4:00PM each day. .
The maid and garden boy will help with any Bar-B-Q the customer may want.
Dinning room that sits ten or twelve people.
Washing machine. Maid will do light ironing.
The villa is self catered, except for the light breakfast provided, but the staff will help the guests with their meals.
The staff will clean the kitchen.
Welcoming fruit basket will be replenished every second day.
Lipton tea bags, bottled water, corn flakes, home made waffles. syrup, coffee, sugar and milk will be supplied free by Klang Villa.
Each bedroom has a hair dryer.
