RATES & TERMS 料金＆条件

Agreement: 契約書：

This Agreement is not binding upon the parties until the first payment been received by Klang Villa and conformation has been sent to the guest. 本契約ではない当事者すべてを拘束するまで、最初のお支払いを受領した配座クラングヴィラとされてユーザーに送信されます。

Rates: 料金：

NOVEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY 11月から2月

The rate is THB 20,000 per day. 1日あたりの死亡率は、 20,000 thb 。 A minimum stay of 4 days is required. 4日、最低宿泊日数が必要です。
If a request of less than 4 day is made within 7 day of arrival, the 4 day リクエスト未満の場合は4日間の内には、 7日の到着前には、 4日間
minimum may be waived. 免除の最小かもしれない。

There is a discount for extended stays. 長期滞在のための割引がある。 The discounts are as follows; この割引は以下のとおりです;

MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER 3月から10月

Prices are in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.価格は、タイバーツとの包括的サービス料と税金が加算さ優勢です。

Initial Deposit: 初回金：

An initial deposit of 30% of the rental must be paid before a booking can be confirmed. 初回の30 ％ 、賃貸保証金を支払わなければならないことが確認される前にご予約ください。

The final payment must be made upon arrival. 最終的なお支払い前に到着後すぐにしなければならない。

Damage Deposit: 損害金：

Payment Methods: お支払い方法：

All payments must be made in Thai Baht and received within four days after the payment instructions have been given to the guest by Klang Villa. すべての支払いをしなければならないとタイのバーツの支払いを受け取った後4日以内にユーザーに指示を与えてきたクラングヴィラです。 If the payment is not received within this four day time period, the booking will be cancelled. 支払いが届かない場合は、この4日間の期間内には、ご予約はキャンセルされます。

Cancellation and Refunds: キャンセルと払い戻し：

Check In and Check Out Times: チェックインとチェックアウト時間：

This Agreement is governed by the Laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and disputes shall be tried in a Thai court. 本契約は、法の支配されるのは、タイ王国との紛争では、タイの法廷で裁判にかけられる。
